They provided plenty of good choices for breakfast that was included. We were met by attentive, helpful personnel. It was central and close to Parque Hidalgo. Plus it was in a calm area.

Courteous staff, unbeatable location, hot breakfast. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Nice pool area too. A short walk to a museum and a cathedral.

Beds were very very comfy, the staff was helpful. I had a deluxe king room it was airy. Very good service was provided. The continental breakfast was good hot and savoury!

That place was incredible including location and rooms. The hotel was in a crowded area. Great bedroom and large beds. The building itself was lovely with a small garden.

everything was so perfect, we spent fine time here. reasonably friendly staff and modest restaurant. breakfast was delicious - plenty of food. enjoyed merida, the hotel was classy. downstairs bar with bottled drinks.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were very pleasant. Quite and beautifully decorated room, with a comfy bed. The restaurant was small and offered savoury dishes.
